Placental TRN

This web based shiny application was designed to summarize and provide information about how specific transcription factors (TF) regulate gene expression in the placenta.

Within the TRN Tools section of the application, you will find 3 different functions:

(1) Query which TFs regulate an individual gene

(2) Query which genes are regulated by an individual TF

(3) Perform an over-representation enrichment test on a gene list of interest.
